The ETF Lazy Fund is still down over 7%.
Help did come from the oil sector ;
Energy Sel Sect Spdr Fd ( XLE ) ; bounced up on oversold condition and support level (Lows of Jan).

OIL Service Holdrs Tr ( OIH ) ; a close above $160 would be bullish.
The Russia ETF (RSX) also bounced up (way oversold)
